Provision of Telegram Discussion Groups
As a Value-Added Service

Whereas, RE Holdings LLC / DBA CFRN offers various services, software, and training to its Clients, the Company also provides access to private Telegram Discussion Groups as an additional benefit. 

  1. Access to Telegram Groups: Access to the Telegram Groups is granted to Clients who purchase the Company’s services, software, and training. This access is intended to provide a family-friendly environment for the Clients.

  2. Nature of the Telegram Groups: The Telegram Groups are provided solely as a value-added service. Clients are hereby informed and acknowledge that their payments are for the Company's services, software, and training, and not for access to the Telegram Groups.

  3. Terms of Service: Access to and participation in the Telegram Groups are governed by specific terms of service. Clients agree to adhere to these terms of service as a condition of their participation in the Telegram Groups.

  4. Non-Commercial Nature: The Telegram Groups do not constitute a part of the core services or products purchased by the Clients. The Company provides access to these groups as a complimentary benefit to enhance the Client experience.

  5. Content and Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive atmosphere within the Telegram Groups. Any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or against the family-friendly nature of the environment may result in the Client being removed from the Telegram Groups at the Company's discretion.

  6. Disparagement Policy: The Company provides the Telegram Groups as a way for Clients around the world to communicate, collaborate, and support one another. Any Client who disparages the Company, its policies, other Clients, or any member of Management will be warned that their behavior is unacceptable. If the negative commentary continues, the Client will be permanently banned from the Telegram Groups to protect the other Clients.

  7. No Refund Policy: Since the Telegram Groups are a value-added service and not something a Client pays for directly, should a Client refuse to behave in a civil manner, resulting in a permanent ban, there will be no refund of any kind. The Client did not pay for access to the Telegram Groups, and therefore, the ban does not affect their purchase of the Company’s services, software, or training.

  8. Continued Access to Services: Once banned from the Telegram Groups, the Client shall still have full access to all purchased software and daily training, ensuring that the core services they paid for remain available.

  9. Liability: The Company is not liable for any information, advice, or discussions that occur within the Telegram Groups. Clients participate in these groups at their own risk, and the Company disclaims any responsibility for the actions or statements of individual group members.

  10. Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the Telegram Groups at any time, with or without notice. This includes changing the terms of service, restructuring the groups, or discontinuing the value-added service altogether.

  11. Confidentiality and Privacy: Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality and privacy of discussions within the Telegram Groups. Sharing information outside the groups without explicit permission is prohibited and may result in removal from the groups and other legal actions.

  12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in the Telegram Groups shall be resolved in accordance with the Company’s standard dispute resolution procedures.

By purchasing the Company’s services, software, and training, Clients acknowledge and accept these terms regarding the Telegram Groups.
