What to Keep and What to Change

Habit - an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary: the habit of looking both ways before crossing the street.

Pattern - a combination of qualities, acts, tendencies, etc., forming a consistent or characteristic arrangement: the behavior patterns of teenagers.

Unwanted Patterns for Trading

1) Repeated losses (one after another, repeated daily)

2) Repetitive trading errors

a. Entering too early (anxiety & fear driven)

b. Entering too late (fear driven)

c. Closing too soon (fear driven )

d. Holding on too long (fear driven)

e. Size adjustments after a loss (Pushing to get it back faster)
