Our hearts are heavy and our prayers are with the people of Norway tonight. After such a horrific and senseless tragedy it's difficult to concentrate on charts and markets. Perhaps over the weekend we can bring you up to date and prepare for Sunday night.

Today's events are indeed a staggering reminder that life is precious and comes with no promise of tomorrow. I encourage you to plan for tomorrow but live this day as if it were your last.

Pray for our friend Mike Reed, his Dad, and the people of Norway.

And if you have a "To-Do List". Just do it...
